Mobile heritage
Hu Yue will present her walking pilgrimage to Tibet at Mobile Heritage Conference which will be held from 16th-19th September 2024 under the theme “Historical and Future Perspectives on Heritage of Walking” at Hanaholmen, Finland.

Helsinki Photomedia 2024
Hu Yue will present her on-going PhD practice at the 6th Helsinki Photomedia Conference which will be held from 11th-13th April 2024 under the theme “Contact of models” at Aalto University.

Guest Talk
Hu Yue will share her artworks and journeys to photography and art with students of BA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at LCC, UAL on 9th April 2024.

One by Walking Seminar
Hu Yue introduced her walking interest by sharing previous photography and an ongoing project using walking as both a research method and a working process.

Photography and Site Conference
Hu Yue presented her ongoing PhD practice at the International Conference of Photography Studies on 4-6 December 2023 at Colégio dos Jesuítas, Universidade da Madeira with the theme Photography and Site – Routes, Cartographies and Drifts.

re/emerge
re/emerge is a collaborative exploration of the generation, growth, and development of artistic practice by the PhD researchers Rachael Allain, Sian Gouldstone and Hu Yue. This is a working-in-progress exhibition on 18-22 July 2023 in Plymouth.
